Enable service life at the facilities

There is the option "Waiting time at the facilities (min)" in the tours. This is intended to add a specific waiting time at the facilities.

For example, if the arrival time is 08:00 and the waiting time is 10 minutes, this means that the vehicle may continue its journey at 08:10 at the earliest.

Although this option can be entered and is often also taken into account on route plans, it should also be taken into account when calculating the route.
