Spontaneous trips (one-off tours)

In addition to recurring regular trips, you will also be able to create one-off spontaneous trips in future - ideal for ad-hoc trips for people who are not yet in the system.

What's new:

• New trip type "Spontaneous trip" in the familiar "New trip" assistant.

• One-off journey on one date and in one direction.

• People can be created quickly or selected from the existing list.

What this is good for:

• Mapping ad-hoc requirements quickly and without detours.

• Use existing tours: If possible, the person is automatically added to a suitable existing tour - a new spontaneous trip is only created if none fits.

• Seamless completion with the familiar auto-assignment of driver/accompaniment.

How to use it:

• Select "Spontaneous trip" in the wizard, set date and direction.

• Select the person or create a minimum number using Slideover, then add the journey request.

• The system automatically checks whether the person fits into an existing tour:

• Found suitable: Person is added, no new trip necessary.

• No suitable trip: A one-off spontaneous trip is created.

• Then automatically assign personnel.

What you should know:

• Spontaneous trips appear consistently in the overview and details like other trips.

• They can be clearly filtered and evaluated without disrupting the planning of regular trips.
