Many people have more than one journey request (TR) - for example, outward journey, afternoon care and return journey or separate requests for billing and practice. With the new import, you can simplify the creation of many people and their TR in one step.
What's new:
An extended import to /home/persons with two clear options:
Master data + maximum one trip request
Additional journey requests for existing persons

What it's good for:
Saves time with dozens or hundreds of persons.
Avoids errors due to manual double maintenance.
Supports realistic scenarios with any number of TRs per person.
How to use it:
Option 1: Import master data including a TR - the "External ID" column is mandatory here so that subsequent additional TRs can be properly assigned.
Option 2: Import additional TRs for existing persons. The table contains "External ID", surname, first name and all TR columns. Add a new row for each TR; the External ID may be repeated. Assignment takes place via External ID and name.
What you should know:
There is no upper limit for the number of TRs per person.
If there are several validity periods, TRs are assigned to the period with the most recent \(\text{valid\_to}\).
The names are used as an additional visual check when editing in the import table.
Result:
Fast, secure import - less support effort and a clear basis for adding further TRs per person at a later date.
